The Statewide ‘Site Specific Trainer’ Program
This program is designed to properly equip your ‘site specific trainer’ with the tools necessary to certify all power driven industrial equipment operator’s to the specific environment they will operate within. This program elevates your company’s safety program to meet OSHA state and federal requirements.
This program will provide your ‘site specific trainer’ with the knowledge, training and confidence needed to conduct productive operator training in the classroom and conduct practical evaluations for your specific equipment applications and work space environments. Our curriculum in designed to deliver effective and efficient results.
Each course includes classroom theory for the trainer on how to be an effective trainer, how to set up the training environment, how to identify different methods of learning, how to be a qualified observer during periodic operator evaluations. Re-certification Materials
OSHA regulations require that forklift operators be re-certified/refreshed on a regular basis. In the event they are involved in an accident or incident the operator is required to complete follow-up instruction and hands on evaluation for their specific deficiency. Our re-certification materials have been developed to assist both the trainer and the operator in making the re-certification process as smooth as possible.
